Basketball Recap: Perrydale Takes a Loss

If Perrydale was riding high fresh off their 56-19 takedown of Willamette Valley Christian last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Perrydale Pirates were outmatched by the St. Paul Buckaroos and fell 49-14. The defeat continues a trend for the Pirates in their matchups with the Buckaroos: they've now lost nine in a row.

Perrydale's loss dropped their record down to 13-8. As for St. Paul, the win got them back to even at 10-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Perrydale will venture away from home to square off against Mannahouse Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for St. Paul, they will head out to face off against Crosshill Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
