Baseball Recap: Bishop Moore's Victory on Monday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Bishop Moore entered their tilt with Pacifica on Monday with three consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with four. They came out on top against the Pacifica Mariners by a score of 4-1.

Drew Kunz spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered a run (which was unearned) on four hits. What's more, he gave up only one walk, the fewest he's had since back in April of 2024.

On the hitting side, Jesiah Woodside was excellent, going 1-for-3 with one home run. That home run was his first of the season. James Grimm was another key player, scoring a run and stealing Two bases.

Bishop Moore's victory bumped their record up to 12-2. As for Pacifica, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bishop Moore will face off against Lake Brantley at 6:00 p.m. on March 26th. As for Pacifica, they will challenge Mission Viejo at 3:15 p.m. on March 25th.
