Baseball Game Preview: Huntsville Hornets vs. A&M Consolidated Tigers

The Huntsville Hornets will face off against the A&M Consolidated Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. A&M Consolidated took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Huntsville, who comes in off a win.

Huntsville headed into their last matchup having not scored more than two runs for three straight, but Fulshear let them put that streak behind them. The Hornets narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Chargers 10-8. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Hornets as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when A&M Consolidated faced off against College Station on Friday. The Tigers fell just short of the Cougars by a score of 2-1.

Huntsville's win bumped their record up to 12-13-1. As for A&M Consolidated, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-11-1.
