Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Scappoose walked away with it. They took their matchup on Friday with ease, bagging a 49-0 win over the Baker Bulldogs. Winning may never get old, but the Indians sure are getting used to it with their seventh in a row.

Leading Scappoose to victory were Elijah Greenan Biggs and Will Kessi. Greenan Biggs gained 68 total yards and three touchdowns, while Kessi threw for 167 yards and a pair of TDs while completing 87.5% of his passes. The dominant performance also gave Kessi a new career-high in passer rating (158.1).

Scappoose didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off five passes before the game was over. Ayden Heard led the group effort, picking up three of those interceptions all by himself. He got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Scappoose's victory bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Baker, their loss dropped their record down to 3-7.

As of now, neither Scappoose nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
