Soccer Game Preview: Dillon vs. Waccamaw

Dillon is 0-5 against Waccamaw since March of 2023 but things could change on Tuesday. The Wildcats will be playing at home against the Warriors at 6:00 p.m. Dillon will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

It was a proper cat-fight when Dillon took on Loris on Friday. While the 0-0 score might suggest a draw, it was the Wildcats who were credited with the win.

On Saturday, Waccamaw had just enough and edged out Stratford 2-1. Even though Waccamaw got in a bit of trouble with the refs ( Brody Nist was handed a red card), the team managed to overcome the adversity.

Charlie Withington and Nist scored both of Waccamaw's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 28 goals.

Dillon's victory bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Waccamaw, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-4.
