After a string of six wins, Demopolis's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They were outmatched by the Northside Rams and fell 48-14. The Tigers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rams apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Demopolis' loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 6-3. As for Northside, the win keeps them at an undefeated 9-0.

Coming up, Demopolis will face off against Wetumpka at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Tigers will be up against the Indians' rather soft defense (which has allowed 25.56 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Northside, they will take on American Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Rams will need to watch out since the Patriots have now posted at least 31 points in their last five matchups.
