Chase Plebani and Kiko Al-Sabah provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Maya Angelou Evans. The connection went for 77 yards, the longest such play in Mid-Atlantic [MAC] this season.
Sidwell Friends's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Plebani threw for 136 and one touchdown and Al-Sabah had 77 yards receiving. On the ground Kameron Mitchell chipped in 73 yards. Oscar Boochever helped Sidwell Friends' passing attack out by catching one ball for 41 yards.
Sidwell Friends' offense has been unstoppable this season and the Quakers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Plebani has thrown for 734 yards and 11 touchdowns this season, while Diamente Holloway has 15 catches for 293 yards. Isaiah Davis leads the league in rushing with 459 yards.
The Quakers led the league in scoring this week after putting up 28 points on Maya Angelou Evans. Plebani ran for two yards in the win.
