Baseball Recap: Lutheran North Gets the Win

Lutheran North lost to St. Louis HomeSchool P back in March of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. Lutheran North came out on top against St. Louis HomeSchool P by a score of 9-5. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Crusaders.

The team relied heavily on Jace Bateman, who scored three runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-4. Another player making a difference was Damerio Knox, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-4.

Bateman wasn't the only one working in the hit department: Lutheran North kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. That's the most hits they've posted since the start of last season.

As for St. Louis HomeSchool P, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Montgomery County on the 21st.
