Football Game Recap: Herington vs. Goessel

Herington came into their this week averaging 38 points per game, but Herington fell well short of that average, and it cost them. They were given a punishing 0-48 loss at the hands of Goessel. This makes it the second defeat in a row for Herington. The contest brought Goessel to 3-2 and dropped Herington to a mirror-image 2-3.

Next week Herington take on Solomon at District Game at 7:00 PM. Solomon have averaged 74 points over the course of their past five games, so Herington might be in for a challenge. Goessel will look to defend their home turf against Canton-Galva at 7:00 PM. Canton-Galva have averaged 52 points over the course of their past four games, so Goessel might be in for a challenge.
