After flying high against Orrville last Thursday, Northwest came back down to earth. The Northwest Indians fell just short of the Triway Titans by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. The Indians haven't had much luck with the Titans recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.

Even though they lost, Northwest was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 11 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least seven aces in 13 consecutive games.
The loss snapped Northwest's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-11 record. As for Triway, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.
Northwest will be playing at home against Norton at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Triway, they will square off against Fairless at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
