After flying high against Hobart last Saturday, South Bend St. Joseph came back down to earth. The South Bend St. Joseph Huskies had to suffer through a 66-35 loss at the hands of the Penn Kingsmen. If the Huskies were looking for revenge after losing 56-36 to them when the teams met on Thursday, then they'll just have to keep looking.

South Bend St. Joseph's loss came despite strong showings from Kenadie Schrock and Kayla Woods. South Bend St. Joseph's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-6. As for Penn, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 17-5.

South Bend St. Joseph has already played their next game, a 65-38 defeat against Andrean on the 25th. As for Penn, they are taking a road trip to challenge La Porte at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Penn is facing La Porte at the right time seeing as La Porte is stuck on an 18-game losing streak.
