Volleyball Game Preview: Taos Tigers vs. Los Alamos Hilltoppers + How To Watch

Taos hasn't had much luck against Los Alamos recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Tigers will host the Hilltoppers at 5:00 p.m. Taos will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak.

On Thursday, Taos got the win against Espanola Valley by a conclusive 3-0.

While Taos won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-18, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Los Alamos came up short against St. Pius X on Saturday, falling 3-0. The Hilltoppers haven't had much luck with the Sartans recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-16, 25-12.

Los Alamos' loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Taos, their victory bumped their record up to 10-6.

Taos came out on top in a nail-biter against Los Alamos when the teams last played back in October of 2024, sneaking past 3-2. Will the Tigers repeat their success, or do the Hilltoppers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
