Volleyball Recap: Los Altos Conquerors vs. San Dimas Saints
Los Altos was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the San Dimas Saints, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Saints this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 two weeks ago.
The final score came out to 25-10, 25-12, 25-4.
Natalie Starkey had an outrageously good game for San Dimas as she had eight digs and seven aces. Those seven aces gave Starkey a new career-high. Janelle Marquez also deserves some recognition as she had her first kills of the season.
Los Altos' loss dropped their record down to 12-22. As for San Dimas, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 23-9.
As of now, neither Los Altos nor the Saints have any future games scheduled.
