Allen and Prosper are an even 5-5 against one another since March of 2019, but likely not for long. We've got a battle between Eagles coming up.

Allen is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 13 runs on Friday, they were much more limited against Plano West on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Wolves by a score of 3-2. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Allen saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Addie King, who scored two runs while going 2-for-4.

Meanwhile, Prosper waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 6-5 W against the Lions.

Prosper pushed their record up to 10-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.0 runs over those games. As for Allen, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-11-1.

Allen was able to grind out a solid victory over Prosper in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, winning 6-1. Does Allen have another victory up their sleeve, or will Prosper turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
