Basketball Recap: Noble-Whitley Warriors' Victory on Monday Extends Winning Streak to Two

Noble-Whitley Warriors won the last time they faced Varsity Opponent and Sun-Ae B. did her part to make sure it happened again. Noble-Whitley Warriors simply couldn't be stopped on Monday as they easily beat Varsity Opponent 69-11 thanks in part to B., who posted 13 points and seven steals. She continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last four games she's played.

Another player making a difference was Clare A., who put up ten points and four steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last six games she's played dating back to last season.

The victory made it two in a row for Noble-Whitley Warriors and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

Looking ahead, Noble-Whitley Warriors won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Fort Wayne HomeSchool at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Varsity Opponent, they will also get right back to it: they'll face off against Luling at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
