Basketball Recap: Roseland University Prep Gets the Win

The Roseland University Prep Knights didn't have too much breathing room in their game against the Mare Island Tech Academy Griffins on Thursday, but they still walked away with a 52-46 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Knights.

Among those leading the charge was Rudy Garduno, who posted 20 points. Another player making a difference was Ismael Roque, who scored 11 points.

Roseland University Prep's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Mare Island Tech Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Roseland University Prep will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Healdsburg at 6:30 p.m. on December 1. As for Mare Island Tech Academy, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Griffin Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
