Baseball Game Preview: Cajon Cowboys vs. Beckman Patriots

The Cajon Cowboys will venture away from home to face off against the Beckman Patriots at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Cajon's pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so Beckman's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Cajon is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Hart, sneaking past 4-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Cowboys.

The team relied heavily on Ryan Contreras, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI and one double. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March. Jordan Salazar was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs and one double.

Meanwhile, Beckman came tearing into Thursday's match with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Titans 13-4. The Patriots not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since March 11th (when they won 14-4).

Cajon's win bumped their record up to 19-9. As for Beckman, their victory bumped their record up to 16-13.

Cajon was able to grind out a solid win over Beckman in their previous matchup back in February, winning 4-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cowboys since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
