Volleyball Game Preview: Helix Highlanders vs. High Tech Mesa Thunder

The Helix Highlanders will face off against the High Tech Mesa Thunder at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams are strolling into their games after big wins in their previous games.

Helix extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Nathan Steele. Helix blew past Grossmont 3-0 on Tuesday with plenty of help from Steele, who had 12 digs and three aces. He is on a roll when it comes to digs, as he's now had 12 or more in each of the last four games he's played.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-15, 25-21.

Meanwhile, High Tech Mesa can bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Kearny as High Tech Mesa made off with a 3-0 win.

High Tech Mesa's victory bumped their record up to 7-10. As for Helix, they now have a winning record of 10-9.
