Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Beauregard). They walked away with a 14-9 victory over the Eufaula Tigers on Tuesday. The Hornets haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Beauregard pushed their record up to 6-6 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Eufaula, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Coming up, Beauregard will challenge Reeltown at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Eufaula, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Eufaula Tigers challenge Chattahoochee County Panthers at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. They have given up an average of 9.8 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week.
