Volleyball Recap: Lee Comes Up Short

If Lee was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Mohawk Trail Regional on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Wildcats came up short against Springfield Renaissance on Thursday, falling 3-0.

While Lee ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 20 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-20, 25-21.

Lee's defeat dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Springfield Renaissance, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Lee nor Springfield Renaissance have any future games scheduled.
