Softball Recap: Danville Hawks vs. Madison Academy Mustangs
Danville fell victim to Madison Academy and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Madison Academy Mustangs. Danville has not had much luck with Madison Academy recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.
McKinley McCaghren spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and three unearned) runs on nine hits.
