The biggest upset of the week belonged to Millburn, who took down 210th ranked Millburn, 18-6.

West Essex's Jason Russo rumbled for the longest rushing play in Super Essex - Liberty this season in his game against Orange last week. Russo's team bested the Tornadoes as he sprinted for 65 yards on the play and finished with 102 in all.

West Essex's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Matt Thies threw for 58 yards and Anthony Kross had 43 yards receiving. Joe Scaglia helped West Essex's passing attack out by catching one ball for nine yards.

West Essex's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Knights feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Thies has thrown for 456 yards and one touchdown this season, while Nour Aly has 13 catches for 226 yards. Russo leads the league in rushing with 216 yards.

A big matchup in the league this week will be when Caldwell takes on West Side. Caldwell is in second place, while the Roughriders are in sixth place.

The Knights were the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from third to first in Super Essex - Liberty. West Essex beat Orange 28-7 earlier in the week.
