Soccer Recap: Upper Arlington's Losing Streak Snapped at Four Games

There's no place like home for Upper Arlington, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 6-0 margin over the Lancaster Golden Gales on Wednesday. Given Upper Arlington's advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio soccer rankings (they are ranked 85th, while Lancaster are ranked 216th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Upper Arlington's offense was hitting Lancaster from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal.

The win snapped Upper Arlington's losing streak at four matches and leaves them with a 6-8-3 record. As for Lancaster, their loss dropped their record down to 9-7-2.

Coming up, Upper Arlington will challenge Olentangy Berlin at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Lancaster does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
