Dublin can bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Livermore Cowboys. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-2 last Tuesday.

Dublin had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 23-25, 25-23, 25-19, 25-21.

Despite the defeat, Livermore saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Samuel Walter had 15 digs. Walter has been hot, having posted 11 or more digs the last five times he's played.

Dublin's win bumped their record up to 17-7. As for Livermore, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 18-14 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Dublin is set to take on their familiar foe Dougherty Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Livermore will square off against rival Granada at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
