With a playoff win on the line, Grant rose to the challenge on Wednesday. They walked away with a 70-57 victory over the Elk Grove Thundering Herd. Winning may never get old, but the Pacers sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Elk Grove's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Noah Hargrave, who went 8-for-16 en route to 21 points. Hargrave is also on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 40% in the last three games he's played. Danny Dennaoui was another key player, putting up eight points.

Grant pushed their record up to 20-9 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.0 points over those games. As for Elk Grove, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 17-11.

Looking ahead, Grant will square off against Woodcreek at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Grant knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past five games -- so hopefully Woodcreek likes a good challenge. Elk Grove does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
