On Thursday, Hernando came up short against Mitchell and fell 49-41. Hernando has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Hernando's loss came despite strong showings from Ayana Kincade and Aislin Ruppe. Kincade scored 17 points, while Ruppe scored 13 points.
Hernando's defeat dropped their record down to 11-9. As for Mitchell, their victory bumped their record up to 11-7.
