While North Moore's win against Jordan-Matthews wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Mustangs skirted past the Jets 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Mustangs have posted against the Jets since October 4, 2022.

North Moore was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The match finished with set scores of 17-25, 25-13, 15-25, 25-19, 25-10.

Despite the loss, Jordan-Matthews still got an impressive performance from Lilli Hicks, who had 23 digs and two aces.

North Moore is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season. As for Jordan-Matthews, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-14.
