After a string of three wins, Madison County's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Strasburg Rams by a score of 3-2. Madison County were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Strasburg earlier this season, when they won 2-0.

Madison County's loss dropped their record down to 9-6-1. As for Strasburg, the victory snapped their losing streak at ten games and leaves them with a 2-14 record.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Madison County will host Rappahannock County at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Madison County will be up against Rappahannock County's rather soft defense (which has allowed 2.58 goals per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
