Basketball Recap: Austin Classical Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Austin Classical had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They walked away with a 38-30 victory over the Living Rock Academy Bobcat on Friday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 44-29 back in December of 2024.

Austin Classical's win bumped their record up to 8-13. As for Living Rock Academy, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Gateway Christian the next time they take the court. Austin Classical will host Gateway Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while Living Rock Academy will host them at 7:30 p.m. on February 4th.
