Basketball Recap: Snyder Takes a Loss

Snyder was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 78-20 loss at the hands of the Sayre Eagles. The Cyclones were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2025.

Snyder's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Sayre, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-6.

Snyder didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 51-28 loss against Cordell on the 10th. As for Sayre, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 62-33 victory against Lookeba-Sickles on the 10th.
