Softball Recap: Westland Hialeah Starts Season with Loss on the Road

Westland Hialeah kicked off their season on the road on Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. They lost 17-0 to the Ferguson Falcons.

The victory made it two in a row for Ferguson and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Westland Hialeah will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Miami Springs at 4:00 p.m. on March 11th. As for Ferguson, they will host Braddock at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
