Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Garner). They blew past the Southeast Raleigh Bulldogs 9-0 on Wednesday. Ava Nobles was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

Garner's victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-9. As for Southeast Raleigh, they dropped their record down to 1-9 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Garner is set to challenge their familiar foe South Garner at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Southeast Raleigh will face off against rival Willow Spring at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
