Volleyball Recap: Glendale Prep Academy Extends Winning Streak to Three

Glendale Prep Academy entered their tilt with Mountainside on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Wolves. That's more bragging rights for the Griffins, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Glendale Prep Academy walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-18, 25-17.

Glendale Prep Academy's victory bumped their record up to 13-6. As for Mountainside, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Glendale Prep Academy will take on Scottsdale Preparatory Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mountainside, they will challenge Kingman Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
