Baseball Recap: Bremen Wins Going Away Against South Central

Bremen not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 12th (when they won 24-0). They were the clear victors by a 12-1 margin over the South Central Satellites. The Lions might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matches by seven runs or more this season.

Preston Williams was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Zack Rouch, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with one double and one RBI.

Bremen always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .516. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as South Central only posted an OBP of .182.

Bremen's victory bumped their record up to 11-8-1. As for South Central, their loss dropped their record down to 6-13.

Looking ahead, Bremen will head out to take on Central Noble at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for South Central, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Pioneer at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
