Paydon Rinkol Delivers Best Performance of Season
On Friday, Twin River got the W thanks in part to Paydon Rinkol playing the best football he has all season. Rinkol rushed for 289 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 18.1 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. That high mark didn't come from nowhere: he has now rushed for 146 or more in the last eight games he's played dating back to last season.
Rinkol must have Madison's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. When Rinkol last faced the Dragons back in October of 2023, he rushed for 257 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 11.2 yards per carry, and also picked up 35 receiving yards and a touchdown.

Cameron Hlavac Turns in Another Game with at Least Two Rushing Touchdowns
On Friday, David City got the W thanks in part to Cameron Hlavac playing the best football he has all season. Hlavac wasn't messing around, rushing for 78 yards and four touchdowns on only nine carries, while also throwing for 181 yards and four touchdowns while completing 83.3% of his passes. The contest was his third straight with two or more rushing touchdowns.
The victory for David City keeps them at an undefeated 7-0. Hlavac and David City will head out to take on Clarkson/Leigh at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Colsten Rodriguez posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He rushed for 64 yards and two touchdowns. He is becoming a predictor of Twin River's success: when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns the team is 3-1 (and 1-2 when he doesn't).

Reese Svoboda was instrumental in extending David City's winning streak to seven on Friday. The bulk of those rushing yards came from one huge play: a run that gained an incredible 65 yards.
