Madison's game last Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They walked away with a 61-52 victory over the Edgewood Warriors. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 78-49 back in January.

Edgewood lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Faith Vencill, who dropped a double-double with 20 points and 12 boards. Another player making a difference was Carly Kray, who went 6-for-12 to rack up 17 points and eight rebounds.

Madison has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 14 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-5 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.4 points over those games. Edgewood dropped their record down to 16-7 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home.
