Basketball Recap: Starks Takes a Loss

Starks was the 91-69 winner over Grand Lake when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Starks Panthers took a 57-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Grand Lake Hornets on Tuesday.

Starks' loss dropped their record down to 23-9-1. As for Grand Lake, their win bumped their record up to 15-16-1.

Looking ahead, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Panthers face off against the Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Grand Lake, they will challenge Pitkin at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
