Softball Game Preview: San Luis Sidewinders vs. Cibola Raiders

San Luis hasn't had much luck against Cibola recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The San Luis Sidewinders will welcome the Cibola Raiders at 3:45 p.m.

On Monday, San Luis came up short against Cibola and fell 10-6.

For Cibola's part, they got a big performance out of Stephanie Garcia, who scored two runs while going 3-for-4. That's the most hits Garcia has posted since back in April of 2024. Angelica Arellano was another key player, going a perfect 1-for-1 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.

Garcia wasn't the only one working in the hit department: Cibola kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 15 hits. Cibola is 4-1 when they post 11 or more hits.

Cibola's win bumped their record up to 4-9. As for San Luis, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.
