It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but the Pinewood Prep Panthers ultimately got the result they hoped for on Monday. They secured a 39-35 W over Ashley Ridge. For Pinewood Prep, this counts as revenge for the 64-59 defeat Ashley Ridge walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2017.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pinewood Prep will stay at home for another game and welcome Palmetto Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on January 17th. Hopefully Palmetto Christian Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 13 last Saturday. Ashley Ridge won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Cane Bay at 8:30 p.m. on January 16th. Cane Bay is coming into the contest hot, having won their last five games.
