The Gulf Breeze Dolphins just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Pine Forest Eagles at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Gulf Breeze has now lost ten straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since November 21.

On Monday, Gulf Breeze might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting Milton an easy 44-19 victory. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Dolphins have suffered against the Panthers since January 21, 2021.

Meanwhile, Pine Forest played a tough game on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They took a blow against Booker T. Washington, falling 55-15. The Eagles have struggled against the Wildcats recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Pine Forest's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Gulf Breeze, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-11.

Gulf Breeze was able to grind out a solid win over Pine Forest in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, winning 53-45. The rematch might be a little tougher for Gulf Breeze since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
