            Volleyball Recap: Riverstone International Otters vs. Gem State Adventist Academy Jaguars        
        
		
        
        
            Riverstone International had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Gem State Adventist Academy on Monday. The Otters put the hurt on the Jaguars with a sharp  3-0 victory. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since August 28, 2023, but that streak is no more.
 While Riverstone International won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the  first set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-11,  25-12.
 Kailani Kurth paced Riverstone International's offense, picking up eight kills. Kurth got some help from  Vera Brooks and her seven assists.  Sofia Pattee controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Riverstone International will host Treasure Valley Classical Academy  at 7:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. As for Gem State Adventist Academy, they will welcome Wilder  at 7:00  p.m.  on Wednesday.
