Soccer Recap: Kolbe-Cathedral Takes a Loss

Kolbe-Cathedral was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Harding Presidents. Surprisingly, this marked Kolbe-Cathedral's fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Kolbe-Cathedral's loss dropped their record down to 2-6-2. As for Harding, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-5.

Looking ahead, Kolbe-Cathedral will welcome Masuk at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Masuk's last three matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Harding, they will head out to take on Amistad at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
