Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Troy). They walked away with a 67-58 victory over the Genesee Bulldogs on Friday. The win continues a trend for the Trojans in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won six in a row.

Despite the loss, Genesee still got an impressive performance from Noah Bollman, who went 10-for-17 on his way to 25 points. Bollman's evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 19 points. Another player making a difference was Vince Crowley, who posted seven points and six boards.

Troy's victory bumped their record up to 5-14. As for Genesee, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost ten of their last 13 games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 6-13 record this season.

Troy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Genesee, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Nezperce at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Nezperce knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Genesee likes a good challenge.
