Basketball Game Preview: Carter Cowboys vs. Conrad Chargers

The Carter Cowboys will challenge the Conrad Chargers at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

Last Friday, Carter came up short against Wilmer-Hutchins and fell 49-36. The Cowboys have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Conrad played a tough matchup on Saturday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by Lincoln 83-13. The Chargers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 61-7.

Carter's loss dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Conrad, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last 11 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-12 record this season.

Everything went Carter's way against Conrad when the teams last played back in November of 2015, as Carter made off with a 43-21 victory. Does Carter have another victory up their sleeve, or will Conrad turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
