Volleyball Recap: Arcadia Falls Despite Big Games from Jocelyn Bostrom and Kaiya Caudle

Arcadia was the 1-0 winner over Ayala when they last played one another back in September of 2018, but their luck changed this time around. The Apaches took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bulldogs on Saturday.

Kaiya Caudle and Jocelyn Bostrom certainly did their best on Saturday to avoid the loss. Caudle had 14 digs, while Bostrom had eight digs and three assists.

Arcadia's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Ayala, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 12-5.

Arcadia didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Hoover on the 9th. As for Ayala, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Poly on the 6th.
