Basketball Recap: Christian Learning Center Find Success

Christian Learning Center won the last time they faced Center Place and things went their way on Friday too. The Mustangs walked away with a 50-43 victory over the Golden Eagles. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Mustangs.

Christian Learning Center can attribute much of their success to Jackson Bean, who dropped a double-double with 17 points and 12 boards. That's the most points Bean has posted since back in January. Another player making a difference was Easton Rhodes, who scored eight points and eight rebounds.

Christian Learning Center's win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Christian Learning Center has already played their next game, a 62-50 defeat against Bethel Academy on the 15th. As for Center Place, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Clinton Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on the 25th.
