There's no place like home for Desert Hot Springs, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They snuck past the Big Bear Bears with a 19-14 win on Friday. This was payback for the Golden Eagles, who suffered a 21-0 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Desert Hot Springs' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jaylen Turner led the charge by throwing for 182 yards and three touchdowns. What's more, Turner racked up 12 rushing yards, the most he's had since back in October of 2024.
