Tecumseh has won five straight games at home (dating back to last season), while Riverview has won five straight on the road also dating back to last season, but those streaks won't matter much on Friday. The Indians will host the Pirates at 4:00 p.m. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Tecumseh's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 20-0 margin over Huron. The Indians have beaten the River Rats the last four times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the River Rats has come to flipping the script.
Hailey Kennedy and Laura Nadeau were a major factor while hitting and pitching. Throwing, Kennedy tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Meanwhile, Nadeau pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. At bat, Kennedy scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2, while Nadeau scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

Tecumseh always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .733. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Huron only posted an OBP of .091.
For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Riverview and Milan meet (three straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Tuesday. The Pirates came out on top in a nail-biter against the Big Reds, sneaking past 9-7. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Pirates have posted against the Big Reds since April 24, 2019.
Ella Vinco was incredible, going 3-for-5 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. Vinco is crushing it when it comes to home runs: she's launched at least one every time she's taken the field this season. Keira Logan was another key player, going 3-for-5 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run.
Tecumseh's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Riverview, their victory bumped their record up to 3-0.
