With a playoff win on the line, Resurrection rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They managed a 12-6 victory over the New Trier Trevians. This was a revenge game for the Bandits: when they faced off against the Trevians back in September, they had to take a 40-8 loss.

The critical scores for Resurrection came from Emma Byrne and Shannon Flannigan.

Resurrection didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Emily Verdon and Giovanna Lee. Another thorn in New Trier's side was Lily O'Connor, who made 15 total tackles.

The win made it two in a row for Resurrection and bumps their season record up to 11-14-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 12 points in those games. As for New Trier, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-10.

As of now, neither Resurrection nor the Trevians have any future games scheduled.
