Softball Recap: Willows Comes Up Short

Willows was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 19th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Ferndale Wildcats, falling 13-1. The contest marked the Honkers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Willows' defeat dropped their record down to 0-9.

Willows didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 15-1 loss against Fortuna on the 14th. As for Ferndale, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against Lower Lake on the 14th.
